SQL DBA in Holly Ridge, Louisiana

 
6 month contract assignment with possiblity of extension. Must be fluent in SQL xxxx.

Database Administration is responsible for maintaining physical databases on specific
database technologies in the production environment; implementing production database
changes. Identifies database issues following implementation (e.g. tuning, back-up,
recovery, security) and implements solutions for medium risk applications. Has the
ability to perform ERP systems administration and recommends changes to improve the
quality of systems standards. Performs complex ERP systems performance tuning and
problem diagnosis utilizing advanced knowledge in ERP systems management. Manages
patches and supports package upgrades to ERP systems. Installs 2 major ERP software
components. Executes systems configuration based on best practices. Administers
moderately complex ERP systems environments, demonstrating advanced knowledge
of at least 2 major ERP systems components. Has in-depth experience, knowledge
and skills in own job family. ? SQL/Database Developer, senior level developer ? Must
be able to write conflicts, queries, familiar with advanced stored procedures, functions,
performance ? SQLxxxx ? SSIS ? SSRS ? DTS ? VSS ? Data Migration (a plus) ? Active
Directory (a plus)
